Blue ribboned bows wrapping every tree in the front yard shows only a small fraction of the Crosby family’s joy with the arrival of Hudson Daniel.

An ornate and beautifully designed crib that has been passed along from sister to sister throughout the generations of family, now rests next to Amanda’s favorite rocking chair. A glow that only a mother can have radiates as she sits, rocks, and nurses her five day old son. A smile plays at her lips when she gazes down at her second son only to form into a laugh when she looks up and sees her first born walk into the living room eating his favorite treat, blu-blu’s. Blueberry juice stains Causey’s face as gazes down at his brother and becomes captivated with pointing out Hudson’s nose and lips. Causey isn’t the only one captivated with the new arrival. Taking in the small crown of brown hair, the faintest of eyelashes and the most beautiful lips, he touches your heart with his beautiful smile and if you are lucky enough to see, his precious yawns.  

 It was a pleasure to see the handsome Hudson and to be blessed with photographing this tiny one at only days old. As I was photographing Causey playing with the sprinkler later that day, I can only imagine how exciting and fun the next year will be and I can’t wait to come back again and photograph it.

Dark and wistful hair flowing yet still keeping the mohawk shape that is so natural. Her skin velvety soft against your cheek and hands beckoning you to  wrap your arms around her and snuggle all day. At only five weeks old her eyes are crystal clear and captivating, able to hold eye contact and touch your heart in an instant. Affectionately called Miss Piggy, she is perfect in her small frame and beautiful belly that frequently tucks in with hiccups causing all around her to break out in a laugh. 

Miss Hayden was a precious treat to photograph and I’m so glad that her mommy, Layla, was able to stop by while Mister Hudson was having his pictures taken. Thank you so much, you have such a beauty!!
